This past weekend, I celebrated my 36th birthday. Birthdays, to me, are a time to reflect on the past years, where I’ve come from, what I’ve accomplished, how I’ve persevered, and why I’ve progressed. And they are a remarkably powerful time to look out onto the horizon of life and imagine what lies ahead.
